1. Unofficial companion guide

The App is an unofficial, fan-made companion app for Pokémon Pokopia. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or KOEI TECMO GAMES. All references to game content are for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Intellectual property

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, product names, characters, and logos referenced in connection with the underlying game are the property of their respective owners. The App's own design, code, and original written content are owned by Zihe Wang (Octopus's Garden) and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App or its content
• Misrepresent the App as official or affiliated with any rights holder

4. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that information in the App is complete, accurate, or up to date.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zihe Wang (Octopus's Garden) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

6. Changes to the App or these Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the author resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
